Senior Captain: 22% of VA-income 1500 hrs

Training Captain: 20% of VA-income 1000 hrs

Fleet Captain : 18% of VA-income 500 hrs

Captain: 15% of VA-income 250 hrs

Captain Trainee: 12% of VA-income 100 hrs

First Officer: 10% of VA-income 50 hrs

Second First Officer: 9% of VA-income 25 hrs

Rookie: 8% of VA-income 0 hrs
